1. What is Mombie Magic Foods?
Mombie Magic Foods is a family-first wellness food brand that creates traditional, home-style preparations using clean ingredients and mindful methods. Everything we make is prepared the way we would for our own family — with care, patience, and honesty.
2.Are your products freshly prepared?
Yes. All our products are freshly prepared in small batches usually, after receiving orders. We do not mass-produce or store long-shelf stock.
3. Why does the taste or texture sometimes vary?
Because our products are naturally prepared without artificial stabilisers, slight variations in taste, colour, or texture may occur between batches. This is normal and a sign of real, fresh preparation.
4. Are your products medicines?
No. Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are meant to be consumed as a part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
5. Why does my order take 7–10 days to arrive?

Since we prepare our products fresh in small batches, processing takes a few days. After dispatch, courier delivery time is added. This means your order may take 7–10 days in total to reach you.

6. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently ship across India using reliable courier partners.
7. Can I cancel my order?
  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
8. Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once opened or used. For further details, please refer our “Returns & Refunds Policy”.
10. When am I eligible for a replacement or refund?

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged or leaking product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The package is tampered or broken at the time of delivery.
11. Is an unboxing video required?

Yes. We kindly request customers to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

This helps us process genuine claims fairly.
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve replacement or refund requests.

12. How soon should I report an issue?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos and the unboxing video.
13. Can pregnant or breastfeeding women consume your products?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are on medication, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before consuming any new food product.
14. How should I store the products?
  • Please store the product as mentioned on the label.
  • Always use a clean, dry spoon and keep the lid tightly closed.
15. Which one should I choose — Amla or Moringa Chyawanprash?

Both our Amla Chyawanprash and Moringa Chyawanprash are traditional, food-based preparations, made in small batches using time-honoured methods. The choice depends mainly on taste preference and what suits your family’s daily routine.

Choose Amla Chyawanprash if:

  • You prefer a more familiar, classic chyawanprash taste
  • You are new to chyawanprash and want to start with a traditional option
  • Your family prefers a milder, balanced flavour

Choose Moringa Chyawanprash if:

  • You want to try a slightly different, more herbal taste profile
  • You already consume moringa in your diet and enjoy its flavour
  • You like exploring variety in traditional preparations

Both are meant to be enjoyed as part of a balanced, everyday diet, and neither is a medicine or a replacement for medical treatment.

If you’re unsure, many families like to alternate or try both and see which one suits their taste and routine better. May be you can do that as well!

16. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Since our products are freshly prepared in small batches, all orders are made-to-order and confirmed only after successful prepaid payment. This helps us avoid wastage, non-serious orders, and food loss.
17. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major prepaid payment methods, including:

  • Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (as available on the payment gateway)

All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
