At Mombie Magic Foods, we prepare our products just as we do for our own family — fresh, in small batches, and with care. We do not mass-produce or keep long-shelf stock.
Shipping Policy
Fresh Preparation & Dispatch Time
- All our products are freshly prepared in small batches, usually after receiving orders.
- Because of this, order processing and preparation may take 3–5 working days.
- Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
- In total, your order may take 7–10 days to reach you from the date of order.
This extra time allows us to ensure freshness, quality, and careful preparation — without shortcuts.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email/ WhatsApp.
NOTE: We work with reliable and prominent courier partners; however, please note that delivery timelines may sometimes vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, national holidays, or regional service issues.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened or used.
However, we do care about fairness and quality.
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- You receive a damaged or leaking product.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The package is tampered or broken at the time of delivery.
What to do:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or a video of the product and outer packaging.
- We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if valid.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Important Request (For Smooth Support):
As a small, independent brand, we put a lot of care and resources into every order. To help us resolve any rare transit issues quickly and fairly, we kindly request you to:
👉 Please record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
This video will help us verify and process any:
- Damage claims
- Missing item claims
- Wrong product claims
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process replacement or refund requests.

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
